Thank you for choosing SERAYNES for your yoga journey. We are committed to delivering our premium yoga apparel—from leggings to suits—to your doorstep as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & ESTIMATED TIMES
We currently ship to customers across Europe and the United States. Our estimated delivery windows (from the date of dispatch) are as follows:
EUROPE: 8 – 12 Business Days
UNITED STATES: 12 – 16 Business Days
Please note: “Business Days” refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been handed over to our carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
3. POTENTIAL DELAYS (PLEASE READ)
While we strive to meet the above timelines, please understand that shipping durations are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Peak Seasons & Holidays: During high-volume periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas, local postal services may experience backlogs. Please allow an extra 5–7 business days during these times.
Extreme Weather: Severe weather conditions (storms, heavy snow, etc.) in transit hubs or your local area may temporarily disrupt delivery schedules.
Customs Clearance: For international shipments, occasional inspections by customs authorities in the EU or US may add a few days to the total delivery time.
4. TRACKING YOUR FLOW
Once your package is on its way, you can track its progress directly through our website or via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive your notification.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
USA: Most orders under $800 USD typically do not incur import duties.
EUROPE: Depending on your specific country and order value, your package may be subject to VAT or local import duties. SERAYNES is not responsible for these additional charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! SERAYNES cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please email us at seraynesfun@outlook.com immediately.
7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If it remains missing, contact us within 7 days, and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
