At SERAYNES, we want you to feel as confident and comfortable in our yoga wear as you do in your favorite flow. We know that finding the perfect fit for a Yoga Suit or the right feel for a Yoga Coat can be a journey. If your purchase isn’t quite “the one,” don’t worry—we’ve got your back!

30-Day Happiness Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date you receive your items to decide if they’re a perfect match for your practice.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, we simply ask that:

• Items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition.

• The original tags are still attached (we know they’re tempting to snip, but please wait until you’re sure!).

• The items are free from any make-up, deodorant marks, or pet hair.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

1. Start a Conversation: Shoot us an email at seraynesfun@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.

2. Get Your Label: Our friendly team will guide you through the process and provide you with the return instructions.

3. Ship it Back: Pack your items securely and send them our way.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know it arrived safely. Your refund will be processed immediately and applied to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it might take 5–10 business days for your bank to show the credit in your account.

Exchanges (For the Perfect Fit)

Found the right style but need a different size? We offer free exchanges on your first order! We want to make sure you have the best possible gear for your next session without the extra stress.

European Union “Right of Withdrawal”

For our yogis in the EU, you also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel or return your order for any reason. But at SERAYNES, we extend that to 30 days because we believe you deserve the extra time to breathe and decide!

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Yoga Leggings or Tank Tops arrive with any flaws or if we sent the wrong color by mistake, please let us know right away! We’ll ship out a replacement immediately at no cost to you. We’re human, and we’ll make it right.
